TODD ROBINSON, DDS

DENTIST

Dr. Robinson was born and raised in Jacksonville, Florida. He attended the University of Florida where he received his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (2005) and  Doctor of Physical Therapy degree (2009). He worked as a physical therapist for several years before deciding that the field of dentistry was his true calling. He attended the University of Oklahoma for his Doctor in Dental Surgery Degree (DDS) in 2017 where he was awarded two distinguished scholarships for academic excellence and the Operative Dentistry Award, given to one fourth-year student for demonstrating clinical excellence. Professionally, Dr. Robinson is an active member of the American Dental Association. Academy of General Dentistry, North Carolina Dental Society, Durham-Orange Dental Society, and the Triangle Dental Study Club.

After dental school, he, his wife, and his two daughters moved to Durham. They love North Carolina and Durham because of the close proximity to both the beach and the mountains. In their free time, they enjoy staying active with any and all outdoor activities so North Carolina is the perfect state for them to call home! In his spare time, he is often found completing woodworking projects and crafts or pursuing other amateur creative ventures. Both of his daughters enjoy doing these activities with him by adding their artistic opinions, assisting him, and acting as his “project managers”.

Why Dr. Robinson Loves Dentistry

"For me, dentistry is a passion because it requires artistic ability, creativity, and fine motor skills; all of which are sincere interests of mine. As a lifelong learner, dentistry is well-suited for me in that it requires continual education as techniques advance and the field continues to evolve."
